The amusement park, located in Bowie, Maryland, closed on Sunday, ending its 51-year run.
The park had announced its closure plans in May, and on its final day, wait times exceeded two hours for popular attractions.
One of the park's main attractions, the 197-foot Superman: Ride Of Steel roller coaster, suffered mechanical problems on its closing day.
Fans expressed concern about the park's closure.
The park occupied a 131-acre area in Maryland.
