EU Project Sustain-a-bite Launches Campaign
The EU-funded project Sustain-a-bite has launched its first consumer campaign, Behind Every Bite, across Europe.
The campaign aims to communicate that sustainable, plant-based foods can be healthy, affordable, and delicious.
Campaign Activities
- A recipe book and chef videos showing consumers how to cook everyday plant-based dishes
- Interactive stands in supermarkets and universities offering practical tips on food choices, label reading, and sustainable cooking
- Influencers working to bring the message to younger audiences via social media
Behind Every Bite will run throughout October and November, aiming to connect science and daily life through digital and local activities.
Sustain-a-Bite is a Horizon Europe project that will run from 2024 to 2028.
