Shadowlands with Hugh Bonneville to Run in the West End
The hit play Shadowlands will return to the London stage in 2026.
Penned by William Nicholson, adapted from his 1985 television film, it tells the story of the relationship between Oxford don and author C S Lewis and American writer Joy Gresham.
The play, starring Hugh Bonneville, will run at London's Aldwych Theatre from February 5 to May 9, 2026.
Under Rachel Kavanaugh's direction, I am thrilled to be revisiting William Nicholson's beautiful play about love and loss as we bring the show to London audiences at the Aldwych.
