Son of Ex-England Football Captain Killed in Tractor Crash
Harley Pearce, the 21-year-old son of former England football captain Stuart Pearce, was killed in a single-vehicle collision on the A417 Old Birdlip Hill in Witcombe.
His family paid tribute, describing him as
a golden boy with an infectious smile.
Emergency services were called at around 2:30pm on Thursday, October 16, and Harley, the driver of the tractor, died at the scene.
Stuart Pearce, a renowned former English footballer and manager, had a notable career at Nottingham Forest under Brian Clough, earning over 400 appearances and 78 caps for England.
