High school bands hit all the right notes at Moscow competition

High School Bands Shine at Moscow Competition

Bands of America, a part of the nonprofit organization Music for All, organized the event, which marked the end of the marching band season.

Local schools, including Lewiston and Clarkston, participated in the competition, with band directors Brendan Burns and Alex Lardie noting the bittersweet but rewarding experience.

According to Spencer Martin, director of the Vandal Marching Band, this is the second year the University of Idaho has hosted the regional championship.
