Mondal appointed Chairman of State Planning Board
Abu Taher Mondal, former Power Minister and Phulbari MLA, has been appointed as Chairman of the Meghalaya State Planning Board.
Mondal's appointment comes after the Governor de-notified Metbah Lyngdoh from the post of Chairman of the State Planning Board.
Mondal has been appointed under Category "A", with all perks and facilities as specified in the Finance (AF) Department's OM.
