Apple Releases First Beta of iOS 26.2 and watchOS 26.2
Apple has begun testing the upcoming iOS 26.2 update on iPhone, with the first developer beta available just a day after the public release of iOS 26.1.
The update is expected to bring several new features to compatible iPhones, including a liquid glass slider to the lock screen, AirPods live translation for the EU, and tables support to the Freeform app.

Beyond the iOS 26.2 release, Apple has also seeded the first developer beta of watchOS 26.2, iPadOS 26.2, visionOS 26.2, and tvOS 26.2.
Developers can now upgrade their iPhone, Apple Watch, or other devices to the new beta builds, with the update expected to be available for public beta testers soon.
The iOS 26.2 beta has a build number of 23C5027f, while the watchOS 26.2 beta carries firmware version 23S5280e.
