Greenwood Village Approves Residential Project
A 13-acre lot in Greenwood Village, which has been empty for over 20 years, will finally be developed into a residential project.
said Greenwood Village Councilman Paul Wiesner. The lot, located at 5555 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, will feature 90 single-family homes, creating a new gated community just west of Interstate 25.

Todd Baker, an executive with Century Communities, is leading the project, which was approved by the Greenwood Village City Council with a vote of 8-0.
Baker stated,
“Which I’m not so sure anybody ever expected in the history of this parcel”
