Bravo Bakeshop, owned by Liz Dillon, has opened a brick-and-mortar cafe in Ashland after a year and a half of pop-ups and wholesale business.
The bakery, located at 278 N. Washington Highway, offers an expanded menu with coffee and more baked goods, allowing customers to gather and enjoy their purchases.
“There wasn’t a place to gather. We didn’t get to see our customers sit down and enjoy what they’re purchasing,”
said Liz Dillon, owner and pastry chef. The opening of the physical cafe is a dream come true for Dillon, who attended culinary school about a decade ago with the goal of opening a bakery.
