Deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Liberia
The Trump administration has identified Liberia as the location for the removal of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, with deportation possible as soon as October.
In a court filing in the District of Maryland, the Department of Justice argued that Liberia is a close partner with the United States and has provided assurances that Abrego Garcia will not be harmed if deported.
