Reunification of Abducted Toddler
A 3-year-old Alabama girl, Kionni Haugen, has been reunited with her family after being allegedly abducted by her mother, Haley Harris, and taken to Mexico.
According to investigators, Harris was tracked using her cell phone data, but Mexican officials refused to release Kionni back to the United States, prompting lawmakers to intervene.
“I got some moms and grandmas on my staff, and when they found out that little girl, where she was at, then they made it their mission to get her back to America,”
Kionni's father, Bryce Haugen, reported that the incident began on September 21, when Harris arrived at his house attempting to take the 3-year-old.
