Kosciusko Commissioners Uphold Plan Commission’s Recommendation To Deny Rezoning
The Kosciusko County Commissioners voted unanimously to accept all five recommendations from the Area Plan Commission, including the denial of a rezoning request.
Attorney Steve Snyder presented information on the petition from his client, Lyle Faulkner, to rezone nearly 40 acres from agricultural to agricultural II.
Area Plan Director Matt Sandy presented the petition to the commissioners, who upheld the recommendation to deny the rezoning request.
The commissioners voted unanimously to accept all five of the APC’s recommendations, including the denial.
