Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Kannapolis Raises $90K
More than 500 area residents participated in this year’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Rowan-Cabarrus in Kannapolis, raising a record $90,000.
The funds will be used to support research, reduce risk, increase early detection, and provide quality care and support to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementia.
“Just shy of their goal, the community hopes to raise $95,000 by the end of the year”
The Ryan Blaney Family Foundation was named the top fundraising team.
