The Redwest Country Music Festival in Salt Lake City was evacuated on Saturday afternoon due to a storm with rain and high winds.
Concertgoers were removed from the Fairpark grounds, and festival organizers announced the cancellation of the rest of Saturday's lineup at around 9:45 p.m.
"For the safety of our fans, artists, and staff, we are unable to continue with today's programming. Conditions at the festival site are currently unsafe to proceed,"
Redwest stated on Instagram, apologizing for the cancellation and appreciating the patience and understanding of attendees.
