Potentially Dangerous Situation at Gate
A Villager describes a potentially dangerous situation he witnessed at a gate.
Yesterday, I was northbound going through the St. A car in the visitor lane was going through a raised gate and suddenly stopped and waved a golf cart across.
The Villager was following the car on the resident side and was shocked to see a golf cart pass in front of the stopped cart, which had the right of way.
Phil Berkowitz of the Village of Tamarind Grove warns:
People, don’t wave carts through gates! You are not a traffic control officer.
