Uzbekistan: Proposed Law Threatens Photojournalism
Reporters Without Borders (RSF) is concerned about a bill passed by the Lower House of the Uzbek parliament, which would ban photographing and filming people in public without their consent.
If passed, it would restrict journalists' work in a country with widespread censorship and surveillance.
