Now Brewing: Another 'Adult Book Fair' Donation Event
A night to support local libraries, plus beer, live music, raffles, and all the old school book fair vibes you can handle.
Now in its third year, a community-oriented fundraising event to support local libraries across Orange County is quickly approaching.
The event, Books for the 'Burgh, stemmed from the idea of an 'adult book fair' - yes, like the scholastic ones we used to have in elementary school where we'd spend more money on posters and erasers than actual books.
The event draws attendees and support from across the Hudson Valley, and generates hundreds of books back into the community.
On Thursday, November 13th at Newburgh Brewing Company, the event will feature a laid-back atmosphere, tons of fun kids books, raffles, prizes, and of course, beer.
A sneak peek of the awesome pint glass designed especially for the event will also be available.
