Russian Court Upholds 19-Year Sentence for Disrupting Mobilization

The Supreme Court has confirmed a 19-year prison sentence for two Russians, Roman Nasryev and Alexei Nureyev, who attempted to disrupt mobilization efforts.

In April 2023, the Central District Military Court initially sentenced them to 19 years in prison for a terrorist attack and training in terrorist activities. The defendants believed that the city administration building housed personal files of individuals subject to mobilization, which they sought to destroy.

The representative of the military enlistment office confirmed that the administration building contained a military registration desk and files of persons in reserve.
