Elon Musk's xAI Launches Grok-powered 'Grokipedia' Encyclopedia
Elon Musk’s xAI startup has launched Grozipedia, a new open-source encyclopedia powered by the company’s Grok chatbot.
Musk previously criticized Wikipedia for being too “biased.” The current version 0.1 of Grok has 885,279 articles and Musk claims it is already better than Wikipedia, with version 1.0 being “10x better”.
The goal of Grok and Grokipedia.com is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We will never be perfect, but we shall nonetheless strive towards that goal.

xAI’s Grok chatbot states that Grokipedia leverages xAI’s Grok to synthesize knowledge from diverse sources, prioritizing maximum truth-seeking over consensus-driven editing.
