Clemency: Onoh Prays Tinubu to Reverse Pardon
Josef Onoh, President Bola Tinubu's spokesman in the South East, has expressed disagreement with the pardon granted to some convicts.
The pardon was granted through the recommendations of the Presidential Advisory Committee on the Prerogative of Mercy, with 175 individuals receiving presidential pardon and clemency.
