Connected Surveying via GeoCloud Drive
Hexagon's GeoCloud Drive is enhancing the data connection between surveyors and the office. Stacey Surveying, founded in 2011, has grown to a workforce of 11, focusing on cadastral surveying, including subdivisions and boundary realignments.
The company faces challenges, particularly with older suburbs, where they deal with plans from the 1920s and '30s, says Robert Lo Pizzo, Survey Manager.

Lo Pizzo recalls using survey information from around 1880 in South Melbourne, utilizing old brick corners from houses as datum.
