Brockton Everlast Selects Multiplex for Dovetail Building
A new 23-storey office building at One Cutler Street in the City of London will be delivered by contractor Multiplex.
Brockton Everlast has selected Multiplex under a pre-construction services agreement (PCSA), with the development scheduled to be completed to a Cat A finish in Q2 2029.
The Dovetail Building
The Dovetail Building, previously known as 115-123 Houndsditch, will be a net-zero carbon, Grade A office tower close to Liverpool Street Station.

- c.22,000 sq ft (NIA) floorplates
- Private terrace on every floor
- Triple-bay, double-height hubs with views across the city on the 13th and 14th floors
- Sky pavilion on the 23rd floor
