Kosciusko County Recycling Board Sees Educational Benefit to Free Event Days
The Kosciusko County Recycling Depot has seen an increase in utilization of their services since offering free events.
Tom Ganser, director of Kosciusko County Recycling, and KCSWMD Board President Bob Conley, noted the success of these events. A recent shred day on October 7, where over 100 community members brought documents to shred, despite heavy rain, exceeded the turnout of their first event in August.
The depot’s services were discussed during a board meeting on Tuesday.
