The Luzerne County Election Board’s post-election adjudication will commence earlier than in previous years.
According to County Election Director Emily Cook, the adjudication process will begin on Thursday, November 6, at 9 a.m. in Courtroom A on the third floor of the Penn Place Building.
Adjudication involves determining the validity of flagged mail and provisional ballots, as well as tallying write-in votes.
