Woman Arrested on Suspicion of Murder in Stafford
A 43-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder after two children were found dead in a home on Corporation Street in Stafford.
Police were called to the scene at around 7:30am by the West Midlands Ambulance Service, where the two children were pronounced dead.
- The woman, from the Stafford area, remains in custody.
- The children's next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially-trained officers.
- A cordon is in place outside the home, and police forensics officers are at the scene.
