After ten weeks of baking tests and showstopper challenges at Welford Park, Jasmine emerged from a field of 12 contestants to triumph over finalists Tom Arden and Aaron Mountford-Myles.
Despite facing intense pressure, she impressed judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith, demonstrating skill and consistency that carried her through to the final week.
