The government has announced a partnership with employers to tackle ill-health and keep Britain working, in response to Sir Charlie Mayfield’s Keep Britain Working Review.
This three-year partnership will involve over 60 major and many small employers working with the government to address ill-health that is pushing people out of work and holding back growth.
The initiative will focus on reshaping how health issues and disabilities are managed in the workplace, with an emphasis on prevention, early support, and better returns to work.
The partnership aims to keep Britain working by addressing ill-health and promoting disability inclusion.
